A newspaper? Wrong! ...the inside of our dryer!
Imagine the thrill of opening the dryer door to find a newspaper inside. I can only guess that the old man wanted to dry out the morning paper that got wet in the rain. The newspaper ink transferred to the white paint, so the inside of the dryer became gray. Whatever ink I couldn't wipe off then transferred to my next load of laundry.
